Sana Collection

It started as a hobby and is now her full time job. After having studied business and tourism, and having done few years in business herself, Sana Kanaan, creator of Sana Collection, discovered she had a real passion for jewellery design and decided to launch her own line.

Her logo is a red ruby which is as unique as every piece she creates, because, as her slogan says: “being different from each other makes everyone and everything valuable and priceless”. For her first collection, “Phoenician Alphabetical Letters”, the designer took inspiration, as the name suggests, from the famous Phoenician alphabet, as she considered that a full collection was missing in Lebanon. The result is a line of original pieces – including bracelets, necklaces, cuff links, rings and earrings – made out of silver and silk. The cornerstone of the collection is a necklace made of a silk ribbon (available in different colors) and silver letter pendant.

Combining memory and future is what Sana Kanaan says she does with her jewellery. As she explains, her collection is a “memory of historical pieces created to be remembered”.

This collection was launched during an event last November in Byblos. Pieces from this collection and other items – which are not available in any store for the moment – can be purchased directly from Sana Collection.
